We will be wrapping up our Lenten prayer conference calls on Wednesday, April 9 at 6:00am. We have been blessed in being led by members of our congregation and church leadership in prayer. The dial-in number is (605) 562-3000 and passcode is 458869. Please mute your phone so that we can hear the speaker uninterrupted. We will be led in our final call of the season by Minister Chavis Jones. We look forward to praying with you!

As a part of our continued Spiritual Philanthropy efforts, we will be participating in a food drive for the Russell School. This effort, spearheaded by the City Mission Society is collecting healthy snacks, cereal and water for the students of the Russell School for students during their MCAS testing. A donation box will be placed in the Agape Room until Sunday, April 27. Please support this effort to support our young people!
Leader: Lord, we open ourselves to You. Guide us as we use Your gifts through spiritual philanthropy to serve the needs of your people. Teach us Your ways as we utilize our resources in sharing our talent, time and spirit to build our church without walls.
People: Lord, we ask for strength as we feed Your people with the spiritual gifts that can only come from the Holy Spirit. In all that we do, we work to emulate Jesus the risen Christ Savior.
Leader: Lord, we come to the communion table to take the symbolic sacraments for our life-sustaining substance, which will build our body, mind and spirit as we raise the bar of love and channel our energies to make a difference in our collective community and world.
People: Lord, we know that our gift of a smile, a touch, a hand or a word affirms Your grace and mercy and attests to Your power and majesty. In all we do, we work to emulate Jesus the risen Christ Savior.
Leader: Lord, we gather around the table to remember Your birth, death and resurrection and, just as You dedicated Your life in serving the underserved, underprivileged and underrepresented, we give our gifts, however large or small, to further enrich Your kingdom.
ALL: Lord, we are challenged as a church to use our spiritual philanthropy to make a difference. We are a body of believers reaching up, out and within, utilizing in all different ways our SPIRITUAL CAPITAL.
The Morning Litany was written by Minister Inez Dover.
