Scholarship Committee Announcement

Each year, thanks to the generous contributions from our church family and friends, Myrtle has provided substantial scholarships to over twenty recipients. It is our continuing goal to award these scholarships. However, current funds are low. Over the next few months, we ask that you prayerfully consider contributing to the Myrtle Baptist Church Scholarship Fund so that we may continue to financially support our students. – Myrtle Baptist Church Scholarship Committee

This year, Myrtle is participating in the COAT BOSTON program of City Mission Society. This initiative will run through the month of October. You can help by bringing a brand new children’s coat for the donation boxes that will be located in the Agape Room or a donation to put in the offering plate on Sunday. Please make out all checks to Myrtle Baptist Church and ensure that your donation is sealed inside of the labeled envelopes in the back of the pews. Please see Sis. Oyama Leqela for further information.
