The Myrtle Men’s Fellowship will be hosting a panel discussion entitled “Learning from Baltimore – What Do We Need to Know in Newton? What Will We Do Now and in the Future?”on Saturday, June 20, 2015 as part of our Men’s and Father’s Day Celebrations.

Breakfast will be served at 9:00 a.m., and the discussion is scheduled from 9:30 to 11:30 am.

Panelists include Harvard Law Professor, Ronald S. Sullivan, Jr, author Brian F. Walker, a representative from the Newton Police Department and others. Our moderator will be Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Michael Holley. We encourage attendance by both young men and their parents so that this dialogue started by this program can continue in the home.

    Thank you for the panel discussion I attended this morning. I was impressed by the conversation and want to attend more of your events. I appreciate the thoroughness and willingness of all the participants to speak in depth about their knowledge and experiences. The program was not rushed and it didn’t feel like people had to hurry because this was the place to be.
