Reverend Crowley’s desire is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the masses while equipping them to become change agents for Christ in their families, churches, communities, nation and the world.

Reverend Howard Haywood is Pastor Emeritus of Myrtle Baptist Church, after serving for 24 years as pastor. Over the years of his ministry, Reverend Haywood has built a great legacy of love and social justice at Myrtle and the surrounding community. He currently still serves in several community organizations.
Reverend Alicia M. Johnson, Assistant Pastor ofAdministration and Congregational Care
Reverend Alicia Johnson is the Assistant Pastor for Myrtle Baptist Church. She is an honor graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor of Science degree. In 2010, she graduated from Harvard Divinity School with a Master of Theological Studies degree, concentrating in Religion, Ethics & Politics. Reverend Johnson is a 2014-2015 Lewis Fellow in Pastoral Leadership at the Center for Church Leadership at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC.
Reverend Carrington Moore, Minister of Youth and Children
Reverend Carrington Moore serves as Youth Pastor at Myrtle Baptist Church. Reverend Carrington is a native of Youngstown, Ohio. Reverend Moore graduated from Youngstown State University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Political Science with a minor course of study in History. Carrington is currently a Howard Thurman Leadership Fellow at Boston University. At Boston University he is a Master’s of Divinity Candidate with a focus in Global & Community Engagement. Carrington has over 8 years of ministry experience in working with Youth & College Ministry. He enjoys writing and performing Slam Poetry, playing basketball and watching movies.
Minister Inez Dover, Worship & Arts
Minister Inez Eugenia Dover is the Minister of Worship and Arts. Minister Dover is a graduate of Boston University, a retired Newton Public School English teacher, and a Masters of Divinity student at Andover Newton Theological Seminary. As the Minister of Worship and Arts, Minister Dover coordinates the year’s calendar of special events and liturgical services of worship along with designing the annual Christmas Cantata. Minister Dover is the co-chair of the Elders of Color, co-facilitator for the Bereavement Group, and Spiritual Leader for the Daughters of Myrtle. Minister Dover is also a member of the Scholarship Committee, Voices of Myrtle, Usher Ministry and the Care Givers Ministry.
